Web Design
The following conditions apply:
- An estimate will be prepared by Kushaiah in agreement with prospective client after initial consultations have concluded.
- This estimate will have to be agreed upon by both parties. This agreement will come in the form of a signed contract between parties.
- This contract will include the estimate price, the exact nature of the work to be done, and an estimated completion time.
- All contracts will state that an estimate price is not a final price. The same is true of an estimated time of completion. If a client's needs change during the course of development, estimates will have to be re-evaluated. Other factors can influence this process. Kushaiah will inform client that any changes will affect fees and completion estimates at the time such events occur.
- All sites will be held at the Kushaiah Servers until completed and paid for. If the client has a domain name registered, then a redirect page can be provided at no cost to link the domain name to the actual location of the site while it is being constructed.
- 50 percent of this estimate will be due prior site construction. Said payment must be received and cleared before work will begin.
- 100 percent of all fees will be due prior to the release of the site to the client. The latter also applies to any copyrighted material designed or created by Kushaiah. Upon completion of payment, Kushaiah relinquishes intellectual property rights to client.
- Kushaiah Internet Solutions reserves the right to maintain a small production code link for access to our homepage, so that our work is properly credited.
- The acceptance of any check is conditioned upon your agreeing to the following: Any payment made via check, where the check does not clear the bank, are subject to a twenty five dollar surcharge or 4 times the amount of the check(whichever is greater)
The following conditions will apply to material submitted to Kushaiah for inclusion in a site's construction:
- All text must be submitted in electronic form, via email, an email attachment, or a mailed 3.5" disk/CD-Rom. (Kushaiah assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to any mailed material)
- If Kushaiah is required to type text into an electronic form, there will be an additional cost charged at a rate of $45 an hour.
- If Kushaiah is required to "write" text or copy, there will be an additional cost charged at a rate of $45 an hour.
- All photographs must be submitted to Kushaiah in an eletronic format of either .jpg, .gif, .psd, or .tiff files. (Other formats may be acceptable on a case by case basis)
- If Kushaiah is required to scan photos into an electronic format, there will be an additional cost charged at a rate of $45 an hour.
