Web Hosting
The following conditions apply:
- Our prices for Hosting are not negotiable. This includes set-up fees.
- Set-up fees and first month's payment for hosting are due before site will be uploaded to our servers.
- All billing is processed in the second week of a month, for the prior month's billing period. In other words you are being billed for the month just passed.
- All payments are expected to be made promptly and in full to keep account up to date.
- Sites that become more than 30 days delinquent are potentially subject to a 10 percent interest charge, compounded monthly until account is current.
- Kushaiah reserves the right to increase hosting price, after processing all clients with a 30 day notice.
- Sites that become 60 days delinquent will be subject to termination and removal from the servers, until account balance is paid.
- The acceptance of any check is conditioned upon your agreeing to the following: Any payments made via check, where the check does not clear the bank, are subject to a twenty five dollar surcharge or 4 times the amount of the check(whichever is greater)
- All sites are subject to the Rules of Ethics and Conduct as posted by Kushaiah Internet Solutions. Any violation of these rules is grounds for immediate termination of hosting.

Domain Name Registration
The following conditions apply:
- All Domain Names registered through our processing system are expected to be paid in full upon receipt of billing.
- Domain Names not paid for beyond 30 days of receipt of billing will be terminated and held by Kushaiah.
- Domain Names not paid for beyond 60 days of receipt of billing will be subject to independent sale by Kushaiah.
- The acceptance of any check is conditioned upon your agreeing to the following: Any payment made via check, where the check does not clear the bank, are subject to a twenty five dollar surcharge or 4 times the amount of the check(whichever is greater)
