Kushaiah Internet Solutons is committed to excellence. Our goal is to provide a trouble free, flexible environment which fosters the success of our clientele. As such, Kushaiah places very few restrictions on web site activity. However, to maintain the desired atmosphere, provide maximum customer service and server reliablity, we will enforce the following policies: Pornography - Kushaiah absolutely prohibits pornographic content on its servers. Any customer using our servers for pornographic purposes, including, but not limited to, links, content or any other pornographic related use will have their site immediately removed from our servers. Their account will then be subject to review and consideration for termination purposes. Spamming - The practice or application of spamming, or spamming techniques ( i.e. bulk mail advertising, harrassment via the internet, etc.) is prohibited on Kushaiah servers. Any customer who engages in spamming on Kushaiah servers will have their site immediately removed from our servers. Their account will then be subject to review and consideration for termination purposes. IRC Chat - Kushaiah servers requests and requires that all customers refrain from implementing these types of chat rooms. Note: Kushaiah reserves the right to implement and enforce any, all, or none of these policies as necessary. Kushaiah also reserves the sole right to act as adjudiacator of any violations of our policies. Note: Kushaiah reserves the right to evaluate any account with abnormal cpu rates, as this affects large numbers of clients.
